EDP Lisbon Marathon

One of the world's most beautiful marathon routes, starting in the coastal resort of Carcavelos and following the Tagus estuary through Estoril, Cascais, Oeiras and Belém before finishing in central Lisbon. An Elite Label race by World Athletics with over 18,000 runners, the course hugs the Atlantic-facing coastal road with views of the sea and Portuguese landmarks at every kilometre. The race weekend includes a Half Marathon starting from the Vasco da Gama Bridge.
