Madeira Island Ultra Trail

One of Europe's most spectacular ultra trail races, traversing the volcanic peaks, sea cliffs and laurisilva forests of Madeira Island. The flagship distance of 115km gains 7,000m of elevation along vertiginous levada paths, ridge crossings and ancient forest trails, with shorter options of 85km, 42km, 16km and 4km. Considered one of the most challenging and visually stunning ultra trail events in the world.
