FestFinder provides a directory of open festival pitch applications. Listings are aggregated from publicly available sources and from event organisers. We provide the Service free of charge to traders on an "as is" basis.
3. Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Listings and third-party content
We do our best to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any pitch opportunity. Applications are made directly with the relevant event organiser, and any contract you enter into with an organiser is between you and them — FestFinder is not a party to that contract.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- Scrape, copy, or redistribute listings without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Submit false, misleading, or infringing content through any form on the site.
